At Sympatico, innovation is in our DNA. Founded by an inventor and her sister, we're proud holders of two U.S. patents for our first creation, the Hide-N-Seat by Sympatico. Determined to make a difference, we didn't let the lack of resources deter us. Instead, we took matters into our own hands and drafted our patents, paving the way for our entrepreneurial journey.

From a young age, our founder was drawn to building, tinkering, and problem-solving. Whether it was repurposing everyday items or devising clever solutions, curiosity fueled her passion. Her knack for functional innovation, coupled with a preference for practicality over aesthetics, earned her the affectionate nickname "Inspector Gadget" within her family.

Meanwhile, her sister, a licensed childcare provider, faced a common dilemma: storing toddler potty training seats. Dissatisfied with existing options, she sought a solution that not only provided organized storage but also maintained cleanliness. Recognizing the universal nature of this challenge, our team embarked on a mission to create a product that addressed these needs head-on.
